Refund policy

Every Meritt Goods piece is made in a small run, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email shop@meritt.studio within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Preorders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship (see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy).
