Cancellation policy

Preorder items are made in a limited run and are expected to ship in early December 2026. Your payment method is charged at checkout. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing shop@meritt.studio with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and our Refund & Return Policy applies. If the expected ship date changes, we'll email you, and you can keep your order or cancel it for a full refund. If we're ever unable to fulfill a preorder, we'll refund it in full.
