Shipping policy

We ship from the Kansas City area to addresses in the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package. Preorders are expected to ship in early December 2026. Every order includes tracking, sent by email when it ships. If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, everything ships together when the preorder items are ready. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, email shop@meritt.studio and we'll help. Please double-check your shipping address, because packages returned to us as undeliverable may need to be reshipped at your cost.
